Job Summary:
Senior Sales executive with 5 plus year track record of achievement in corporate sales selling to senior leadership. Will present FranklinCovey solutions to senior executives and line leadership within targeted accounts, and will build mutually beneficial business relationships, make compelling presentations, and close business. This is a largely independent field sales role for an executive with a high degree of business maturity.
Will acquire expertise on FranklinCovey offerings to organizations, including all tools, work sessions, and training components.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serves as key initiator of new business development to target large sized accounts for long term and strategic penetration.
- Independently calls on senior-level executives and other representatives to generate product, program, and consulting sales.
- Diagnoses and assesses client needs. Prescribes, designs and implements strategic interventions using the full range of existing or custom FranklinCovey content, products, and / or programs.
- Presents and provides individual client consultations in context with overall intervention strategy as needed.
- Writes and oversees effective business proposals.
- Closes business consistently within the FranklinCovey guidelines developed for product and services mix and pricing.
- Designs custom programs and tailors standard programs together with the Training Consultant to meet individual client needs.
- Designs account strategy and business development to develop new and existing accounts.
- Develops and executes on territory marketing and management plan to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Requirements:
5 plus years experience in corporate sales, preferably in a professional services complex sales environment selling to major Romanian companies.
A stable work history and track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential.
You must have a consulting sales background and demonstrate skills in the core areas of building solid pipelines, working a forecast, aggressively prospecting, and efficiently driving opportunities to closure as well as exhibiting excellent personal maturity and character.
BA/BS in business or related field or equivalent experience required.
A well developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role.
Very strong verbal and written communications skills in Romanian and English language are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.
Telesales Associate
Job Summary:
Outbound telesales position located at FranklinCovey office. This position requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with corporate prospects and clients on the telephone. Will help establish relationships with prospects through outbound sales calls and e-mail to appropriate individuals to invite them to marketing events and public workshops.
Responsibilities include warm and cold call prospecting (outbound telephone sales calls to corporate prospects), and follow up including preparation and mailing/emailing of sales materials and correspondence.
Responsible for creating opportunities by registering participants in marketing events & public workshops through outbound calls, email and mail campaigns, and will follow-up on past workshop attendees. Will maintain and build a data base of customer and prospective client information.
Requirements:
One year plus results-oriented experience in a telephone sales or outbound telemarketing environment preferred. Associates in a business or related field a plus. Strong clerical skills including MS Office essential. Strong work ethic and proven ability to work effectively in a fast moving, interdependent team environment is essential.
Strongly prefer experience in dealing with corporate prospects.
Training Consultant
Job Summary:
We will accept resumes for Training Consultant candidates whose job is to:
conduct and deliver training seminars on company curriculum;
consult with clients to determine their needs, effectively deliver training, and respond to feedback from clients.
Keep current on content area and training techniques to improve delivery and participate with sales team on business development efforts.
Job Functions
- Master process and content for at least one course in one FranklinCovey curriculum area.
- Consult with client prior to training seminar to determine client needs and participant profile for course delivery.
- Customize training content to meet client needs, if needed.
- Deliver company course material effectively.
- Interact and adjust approach to audience appropriately.
- Use visuals and visual support media effectively.
- Create a climate during seminar in which participants feel safe to learn and contribute.
- Maintain a current knowledge of content and delivery methods to improve skills.
- Respond to feedback from clients.
- Conduct sales calls with Client Partner.
- Complete required administrative work related to travel and training seminars.
Requirements
Five years professional business experience.
Three years professional organizational training experience.
BA/BS in business or related field or equivalent experience.
Track record in presenting and facilitating training programs.
Must be able and willing to travel.
